About
A reporting practice rooted in Hong Kong trade paperwork
Panel Horizonbase exists for desks that already clear goods through Hong Kong and still spend evenings reconciling duty lines with management charts. We are not a brokerage and we do not replace your licensed customs agent. We sit beside the pack: invoices, declarations, and the monthly narrative that finance expects.
Origin
The practice began after repeated Western District projects where trade volume was healthy but the reporting trail was not. Clients asked for someone who could read HS families, levy treatment, and clearance exceptions in the same pass—and write findings a non-specialist could follow.
How we work
Engagements start with a limited sample: three declaration packs or one month of exports, plus your current report template. We map fields, note gaps, and return annotated outlines. Walkthroughs happen on a call or at Yardley Coml Bldg, Western District, Hong Kong when your team prefers paper on the table.
Values we hold to
- Shipment references stay visible—totals never float free of their source IDs.
- Charts earn their place; footnotes hold the one-off holds.
- We name what we did not review, so scope stays honest.
- Your broker remains the filing authority; we prepare the story around the filings.
Who you meet
Senior analysts with hands-on experience reading Hong Kong import packs and South China corridor paperwork lead every engagement. Junior support may assemble indexes; findings and walkthroughs stay with the named lead.
