Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, perform contracted work, improve site performance (with consent for analytics), and meet record-keeping duties under Hong Kong law.

Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal obligation. Analytics data, when collected, is retained in aggregate form according to the analytics provider’s settings, typically 14 months or less.

Subject to Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance requirements, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, and information about our policies.
