How we work

From intake folder to annotated pack

A clear path for customs reporting reviews and related analytics engagements—so your desk knows what happens each week.

  1. Intake & scope lock

You share sample packs, lane list, and report template. We confirm volume, exclusions, and whether the walkthrough is remote or at Yardley Coml Bldg, Western District, Hong Kong.

  2. Field mapping

Analysts align declaration fields with your monthly columns, note HS families, and separate duty paid from bonded or deferred amounts.

  3. Findings brief

You receive a written brief: gaps, duty exposure notes, and an annotated outline. Charts appear only where they clarify a recurring pattern.

  4. Desk walkthrough

A 90-minute session with your import lead and, when useful, your broker. We prioritise filing-week actions over theory.

  5. Optional follow-on

Some desks continue with a lane brief cycle or a documentation pack for an upcoming review. Others stop after one corrected outline—both are normal.

What you prepare

  • Redacted commercial invoices and packing lists
  • Declaration exports or broker summaries for the period
  • Your current monthly report template
  • A short note on known open questions from finance

What we never ask for

Government login credentials, unrestricted access to your brokerage systems, or authority to file on your behalf.
